FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Here are some of the questions we're asked most frequently.

We gravitate towards clients who are doing amazing and important work and we're as excited about watching you succeed as you are.
We also know how important your business is to you, because we're a small business too, and we know making an investment in yourself and your business can be overwhelming, but we're with you on this.
This depends what type of project we're working together on. For Brand Identity & Web Design projects, a good starting point is the company name and some ideas for what vibe your company should have.
Need help figuring out that information? Hire me for a Brainstorming & Strategy session too. Contact me for more details or if you have questions on what's needed to get your project started.
We do! Projects are typically broken up three payments. One payment is always due to book, the second is due mid-project, and the third is due before project turnover.
You can also choose to pay in full for an extra 5% discount!
We do not offer print services since we work with clients from all over and we're not able to do the proofing and paper selection required for a great print job.
However, we will make sure the necessary files are print-ready for the printer of your choosing, and we'll give you our favorite recommendations of who to use.
No, not at all! Most of the websites I create are made with WordPress and utilize drag and drop building tools that allow you to easily make updates yourself.
We'll also schedule a meeting before wrapping up your web design project to review the backend functionality of your site. If you'd rather let someone else take care of what goes on behind the scenes, you can hire me to make those changes for you.
For Brand Identity and many other projects, expect to spend 1-1.5 hours filling out our Brand Identity Guide which helps you articulate and define the unique attributes of your business—the feel of your brand, your mission, capabilities, and ideal clients. This information will act as a road map as we move through the project. You'll also need to provide us with 15-30 minutes of feedback a week throughout the project.
For Web Design projects you'll also need to fill out our Web Design Guide which will give us all the information we need to create the best website for your brand.
We only work on a limited number of projects each month so we can give each of our clients the attention they deserve. Sometimes this means we have a wait list to work with us.
Once we've decided to work together, we’ll share your allotted timeline with you so you’ll know when we’ll need items back from you, and when you can expect items from us. Since we plan everything ahead, we require timely responses from you so that we can keep the project on schedule.
We know your time is important, as is ours. If you are unresponsive or miss deadlines, this not only effects our workflow, but can also effect the delivery of other clients' projects too. While this might not be your intention, it's the reality. This is why we ask you to carve out some time in your schedule during your project to keep things flowing.
